Growing things can be such fun!

This is my pal at work! My little plant brings me such happiness at work and watching it grow from my care brings me joy at work! I thought I would share my source of happiness everyday with you!

I love America!!!!

Today, I want to honor those who gave us this beautiful and blessed land and I hope we all take time to honor the principles this country was founded on! I am blessed to be able to practice my religion and live what I believe due to living in this country.

Lets all protect the rights we have been given and seek after everything that is righteous and will bring peace and God's blessings on us as we choose to honor him and thank him for this free land! He is the reason for our happiness! I love America and I love the people in it, who choose goodness and kindness in their actions everyday and who stand up for decency and principles! I am blessed to spend this time today with my family in Charleston. What a dream for me to spend such a great holiday with people I love and would give my life for!

Happy Birthday Wendy!!

Happy Birthday Wendy!! My Aunt had a dinner held in Wendy's honor for her birthday! It was a wonderful evening and I got to play photographer for Wendy and Bryan and her cute pregnant figure! The end of the evening; my cousin played with makeup on my face and earlier my Aunt. I think it turned out quite pretty! I love how girly Wendy's oldest is and how much pleasure she takes from purses, makeup, jewelry. But, really what makes her so feminine is her kindness and love for everyone. I adore all my little cousins; they have the cutest personalities and are fun to play with and be around!

Charleston and Tennessee here I come!

Today I leave for my trip! This is the countown I have used at work to make the days go by faster till I see my family and my beautiful Tennessee! I will be back next week on Wednesday, but don't despair, you will still get a post everyday! I planned ahead and have prepared some fun things for all my dedicated readers!

Hair -N- Style!

Katie and I spent a Saturday, spending time with Kaitlyn, watching her play and relaxing while talking about life, etc... We ate delicious Hawaiian pizza and watched, "Just my Luck." When Dale got home from work, Kaitlyn was put to bed and we preceded to watch "The Italian Job." I did Kaitlyn's hair in french braids and then Katie and I decided to play with each other's hair. I made quite the spectacle of Katie's hair; it was so much fun and I am excited to one day have nieces or my own girls to play and design their hair. As an adult it would take quite the courage to wear all the bows I generously bestowed upon Katie's hair! Hope you enjoy my handiwork as much as I enjoyed creating new hairstyles for the rising generation!

My future home...maybe...maybe not?

This is the house I want to move into in Newport Beach! Pray for me and it might just come my way. Really if it is in the Lord's will for me! But it is in my budget and would mean fewer roommates, sharing a bathroom with only one other person, still my own room and in the ward I have wanted to be in for the past two years! Lets just hope!!! I will let you know if it happens. I have to wait on another girl who had prior claim. If she does not give her deposit then I get it!

Work Potluck

We had a work potluck and here is the fast array of various food everyone brought. It was really fun and its always nice to have a diversion at work! I brought the chocolate cake and it was a big hit! I love making desserts for others!
